The policy applies only to orders placed on or after March 10, 2026.
Our Road Hazard Protection is automatically applied when purchasing a set of 4 eligible tires or more. It covers accidental damage that makes a tire repairable or irreparable for a period of 24 months from the purchase date, or until the tread depth reaches 2/32", whichever comes first.
This protection applies to sudden and unexpected damage caused by everyday road hazards such as potholes, nails, debris, cuts, or impacts encountered during normal driving.
If the tire can be repaired, we will reimburse up to $30 per tire upon receiving an invoice from a professional service center or garage. A photo of the damage and your original purchase invoice must also be provided to validate the claim.
If the tire cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement or a credit calculated based on the tire’s original purchase price and the time elapsed since the date of purchase.
Reimbursement for an irreparable tire is provided up to a maximum of:
$250 when the purchase was made less than one year ago (12 months)
$125 when the purchase was made more than one year ago, but less than two years ago (24 months)
Unfortunately, any tire purchased more than two years ago is not eligible for coverage under our Road Hazard Protection policy.
* A $25 administrative fee will apply to cover the costs related to processing and managing the replacement or credit request.
** Shipping fees will apply if the tire is delivered to a home address.
Coverage is valid for 24 months or until the tire reaches 2/32" tread depth.
The customer must provide the original invoice and proof of damage (photo or damaged tire).
Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or an accident involving the vehicle is not covered.
