Road Hazard Protection

Our Road Hazard Protection is automatically applied when purchasing a set of 4 eligible tires or more. It covers accidental damage that makes a tire repairable or irreparable for a period of 24 months from the purchase date, or until the tread depth reaches 2/32", whichever comes first.
This protection applies to sudden and unexpected damage caused by everyday road hazards such as potholes, nails, debris, cuts, or impacts encountered during normal driving.


Reimbursed Repairs

If the tire can be repaired, we will reimburse up to $30 per tire upon receiving an invoice from a professional service center or garage. A photo of the damage and your original purchase invoice must also be provided to validate the claim.


Replacement of an Irreparable Tire

If the tire cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement or a credit calculated based on the tire’s original purchase price and the time elapsed since the date of purchase.

Reimbursement for an irreparable tire is provided up to a maximum of:

Unfortunately, any tire purchased more than two years ago is not eligible for coverage under our Road Hazard Protection policy.

* A $25 administrative fee will apply to cover the costs related to processing and managing the replacement or credit request.

** Shipping fees will apply if the tire is delivered to a home address.

Eligible Brands

Our Road Hazard Protection policy applies only to the following brands: Bridgestone, Continental, Michelin, Pirelli, General, Firestone, Sailun, Mazzini, and Zeta.

The following models are NOT covered:

Pirelli Pzero ( AS and AS 3+ )

Michelin Pilot Sport ( 4 and 4S  )

Toyo Open Country AT3 et MT

Bf Goodrich All Terrain KO2 et K03

Bridgestone Potenza Re-71 et Re-71RS
