At 4Tires.ca, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return or exchange your products under specific conditions. Please review our return policy carefully before making a request.
- Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
- General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:
- Tires must be new, unused, unmounted, and unrolled.
- Wheels and rims must be in their original condition, free from scratches, dents, or any signs of installation.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, documents, and protective materials.
- Complete wheel and tire sets (tires mounted on rims) must be returned without having been installed or used.
- Products Not Eligible for Returns
- Tires that have been used, rolled, or damaged after delivery.
- Customized wheels or rims (e.g., painted or engraved upon customer request).
- Clearance or sale items, unless they are defective.
- Non-Refundable Handling Fees
The following service fees are non-refundable:
- Installation or mounting fees for tires and wheels.
- Studding fees (installation of studs on tires).
- Any other custom services performed prior to delivery.

- Obtain a return authorization:
- A return label or specific instructions will be sent to you upon approval of your request.
- Ship the product:
- Products must be carefully repackaged to avoid damage during transit.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective products.
- Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once the returned product is inspected, a refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method. Initial shipping costs and handling fees (see section 4) are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, we will confirm stock availability. Additional shipping fees for the new item may apply.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the damage or error.
- We will cover all costs related to the replacement or return in such cases.
