Road Hazard Protection

The 4Tires.ca Road Hazard Protection covers accidental tire damage caused by unexpected road conditions such as potholes, nails, or road debris. This protection is automatically included with the purchase of a set of four eligible tires and is valid for 24 months or until the tire tread reaches 2/32”, whichever comes first. If the tire can be repaired, the repair cost may be reimbursed. If the tire is deemed irreparable, a replacement or credit based on the original purchase price may be offered.

Warranties

All tires sold by 4Tires.ca are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. These warranties are the same as if the tires were purchased directly from a dealership or local tire retailer.

If a tire has a manufacturing defect or cannot be properly balanced during installation, we will replace it with a new tire at no additional cost. If a manufacturing defect appears during the first year of use, the manufacturer's warranty will apply according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Not Covered

The following situations are not covered under any warranty:

improper tire pressure or maintenance
improper wheel alignment resulting in uneven wear
incorrect tire application or size not recommended by the vehicle manufacturer
damage caused by accidents, abuse, vandalism, or negligence
driving on a tire while it is flat or severely underinflated

Manufacturer warranties do not cover damages caused by impacts such as sidewall bulges, cuts, curb impacts, pothole damage, nails, screws, or other road hazards.
